设备组成:上料车+工作平台+热合机+抻布架+打扣机+裁断机

INCLUDING: roll rack+working table+welding machine +storage rack+eyelet machine+cutting machine

1、整套设备电脑自动化控制。

 All the whole machine is controlled by PLC.

2、热合机部分单风机单加热，独立热合机头可左右移动，适合多种规格原单，且均采用韩国进口Autonics温控系统，温差范围土2度左右。

For the welding machine, one heating head with air blower, and the head can be moved to from left to right. Using South Korean Autonics thermostat, tolerance +/-2 degree.

3、主机铆扣采用气压打扣机平台，可放多组打扣组合（具体根据客户需求），每组打扣机带有追踪系统。打扣机内置自动纠偏系统，可随布料移动，自动调整位置。打扣精度高。

Eyelet machine quantity depending on required. Each eyelet machine with tracking system and with correcting sensor, can be moved as fabric move.

4、裁布部分:用户只需要输入产品尺寸，整套设备操作采用数控机床主流的伺服电机控制;另配有修正系数，裁断误差控制在土1CM之内。

For the cutting machine, user can set up required parameter, be controlled with servo motor.With correcting system, tolerance +/-1 CM.
